We live to spread the Good News and equip followers of Jesus to multiply the Kingdom of God.

Our VISION starts with the call of every Christian is to engage the society we live in. TO SPREAD THE ‘GOOD NEWS’ – THE LOVE, FORGIVENESS, AND LIFE OF JESUS. The Good News, also known as the Gospel, tells us that Jesus is central to everything. He reigns supreme over all creation, holding all things together by the Word of His command. Our lives and our world revolve around Him. (Colossians 1:13-20) God calls people to live a life in Christ and walk as he walked (1 John 1:3-6) As a believer, whether you are a teacher, nurse, doctor, engineer, stay at home mom or dad, student, accountant, or whatever, you are to be both salt and light to the city you dwell in. You are to preserve and add flavor by being salt and you are to call people to a life in Christ by being light.

There are many things in this world that compete to be at the center of our lives: relationships, work, money, pleasure, even religion. When we build our lives around these things they lead to confusion, discouragement, and dissatisfaction. Transformation begins when our lives start to revolve around Jesus, and not ourselves.

In turning to Jesus we begin a new life. We discover that we were created by Jesus for a relationship with Jesus, and as we surrender our lives to Him we receive joy and peace. We experience His love and discover that, in Him, our lives have more meaning than we could ever have imagined.

As we look to EQUIP FOLLOWERS OF JESUS, we know that transformation happens by “spending time with Jesus.” As Jesus’ disciples spent time with Him three things happened: they began to love Him, they became like Him, and they began to do the things He did.

It is no different today. Embracing a life of discipleship (or becoming a follower of Jesus) means coming into a deep, intimate relationship with Jesus. As we grow to love Jesus we become more like Him, and we begin to do the things He did. His life is expressed through our lives by the working of the Holy Spirit.

There is a radical, supernatural change in people’s lives that changes cities, nations, and the world. This goes way beyond advancing academically, learning some methods, and doing evangelism. The scriptures are clear that it is God who raises us to life in Jesus (Colossians 2:13), and it is Jesus who fills us with His Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:11) to live by His indwelling Presence (GAL 2:20). God is at the center of our change, not only in our personal lives, but also in the context of cities and nations (Matthew 5:13-16).

Our vision ends with seeing the KINGDOM OF GOD MULTIPLIED. Not just one local church, but many local churches. We firmly believe that all churches should be reproducing churches. Jesus sends us into the world to make more disciples, having given us a model to emulate: small, relational groups in which we learn to love God, love others and love our neighbor. Our goal is to spread a love for Jesus by continually multiplying discipling communities in which people encounter Jesus, grow to become like Jesus and start doing the things Jesus did. We believe this will happen through gathering together to worship Jesus, gathering in homes, through intentional discipleship, and serving the world.

Multiplying the Kingdom of God means continually raising up and releasing new leaders who will, in turn, invest their lives in others for Jesus’ sake. Jesus has poured His Holy Spirit into us to empower us with this.

We Believe

The Bible

We embrace the Bible as Truth and inspired by God. Therefore it is essential for our faith and life. As believers we should faithfully study and apply it to our lives.

2 Timothy 3:16-17; 1 Corinthians 2:12-13

The Godhead

There is one eternal, living, loving, powerful and true God, the Creator of all things, existing in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14

Jesus Christ

The Lord Jesus Christ is the Savior of all. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He was fully God and fully man, yet lived without sin. He walked, talked, drank, ate and breathed. He performed miracles and taught Truth to all who would listen.

Because of His sinless life He was the perfect sacrifice and exchanged His life of righteousness for our life of sin. He died on the cross, was buried in the grave and rose from the dead on the third day. He personally appeared to over 500 of His disciples after His resurrection. He then ascended to heaven and was and still is exalted and enthroned at the right hand of the Father.

Luke 1:26-35; John 1:18; Isaiah 7:14, 9:6-7; Colossians 1:19, 29; Romans 4:25; 1 Corinthians 15:1-8; Acts 2:33, 5:31; 1 Peter 3:21-22

The Gospel

The Good News for all mankind is Jesus Christ! Because of who He is and what He has done there is salvation for all who repent and put their faith in Him. In Christ we are a new creation, born again by the Holy Spirit, free from the power of sin, delivered from condemnation and given the righteousness of Christ.

We believe that all the redeemed, once saved, are kept by God’s power and are thus secure in Christ forever. While we cannot earn a right standing with God by doing good works, a life of righteousness and good works is the only appropriate response for someone who has believed the Gospel (Gal. 5:13). So while the Gospel is good news to be believed, a holy lifestyle is an outworking and implication of believing the Gospel.

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is present and active in our lives and gatherings. He lives in all those who believe and actively guides, strengthens and teaches us. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, a tangible experience of God’s empowering presence. The Holy Spirit has given the body of Christ gifts essential to the growth and maturity of His church.
